UNLOCK THE SECRETS TO A WINNING ENTRY

1. Plan & Build a Strong Submission

Understand the eligibility criteria and outline your key points early. Structure your entry with a clear narrative, covering your objectives, challenges, solutions and results. Support your story with measurable data that demonstrates your event's impact and innovation.

2. Choose the Right Supporting Materials

Select high-quality images, videos, testimonials, and links that complement your entry. Ensure you stay within the 50MB file limit to avoid complications.

3. Keep It Judge-Friendly

Ensure your submission is concise, easy to follow, and free of jargon. Answer all category-specific questions clearly to make it easy for judges to assess your event's effectiveness.

4. Who Can Enter?

Agencies, in-house teams, venues, and suppliers are all eligible. Double-check that your organisation meets the entry criteria. For international categories, there are separate awards for UK-based projects and those outside the UK. Ensure your entry is in the right category to maximise success.

5. Understand the Eligibility Period

Make sure your event was delivered between January 2024 and May 2025, as only events within this period are eligible. Judges will be looking for innovative, timely solutions that meet the brief.

6. Don’t Miss the Deadlines

The early bird deadline is May 2, and the standard deadline is June 6. Plan ahead for savings and give yourself plenty of time to perfect your entry.
