Best Celebratory Event – 12 Days of Christmas – Taylor Bennett Partners Taylor Bennett Partners (TBP) have been delivering event management for Adobe since 2007. This year, we had to pivot from delivering live events to virtual events. TBP passionately believe in the power of emotional memories created by memorable moments. It is this belief that drives our business. And this belief that was behind the creation of our virtual offerings. Adobe asked us to design a series of events in December to recognise and thank their key clients for their support over the previous 12 months, when communication and staying in touch had been particularly challenging. Adobe wanted a selection of memorable ideas that would stand out amongst the usual festive activities and include some family friendly activities. We felt the key to client engagement and therefore the success of the experience was to create new and different events and put these alongside firm favourites that we knew would be popular. The events needed to be linked to Christmas, offer variety, appeal to all client demographics and allow clients choice. Client communication would prove crucial to the success of these events. To create interest and drive participation we wanted to create an initial touchpoint that was more than just a simple registration page - to make registration part of the experience, bringing each activity to life at that stage. The solution was to create an advent calendar with the details of the event behind each window. Getting creative and making some of the activities unique and one-off was key in the design of this event series over 12 days.
