Bringing the Strategy To Life

Client: Southampton Football Club

We were asked to provide Southampton Football Club with a bespoke, 300-person, team building activity to bring their five, new, corporate 'identities' to life in a fun, interactive and meaningful way.

As a part of their annual All Staff Meeting in May 2022 our tailored team building activities needed to address: We Are Brave | We Are Agile | We Are Resilient | We Are All In | We Are Humble From interviewing England legends, to eating honey roasted critters to sharing moments of personal resilience with colleagues - this unique team building event had it all.
