The ISF World Congress Virtual Event was a completely customized Virtual Venue. The TK Events Virtual Platform is a Saas based product designed and developed in-house. Utilizing 3D rendered graphics imitating actual meeting or event space, the platform is designed for clients to conduct events offering an immersive and visually rich user experience.
The planning team had high expectations for their inaugural virtual event. Early in the pandemic they had researched other virtual event platforms until connecting with TK Events. As soon as we met, they knew our virtual venue platform was for them – it was clear they were talking to event planners as well as technology creators. Our differentiator – a virtual platform designed by event planners for event goers.
The client’s virtual platform delivered thought leaders and curated content, networking, interactive and learning sessions.
Over 3478 registrants from 397 member organizations in 80 countries logged into the virtual event produced over five days in a continuous 24-hr broadcast/livestreaming!
Delegates were blown away by the true to life experience, many commenting they felt like they were at an an ISF live conference.
The virtual venue was designed with the look and feel of a European venue and our proposed light-filled atrium delighted the client's brand team.
