Gabrielle Austen Browne

Gabby Austen-Browne is a multi award winning diversity and inclusion expert, delivering consultancy, education, training and impactful initiatives, such as the REACH scholarship fund for the events and hospitality sectors as founder and director of Diversity Alliance and co-founder of the Diverse Speaker Bureau. She brings her breadth of experience as an events professional to inform, support and advise on DEIA strategies that are relevant to the sector. Gabby provides the platform for professionals to share their stories and insights around DE&I in the workplace and at events via her YouTube channel and podcast, Diversity Alliance Talks. She also regularly writes about DE&I for a variety of industry publications and has appeared on many panels and hosted talks about diversity in and outside of the events industry.
